Brow Conditioner,50ml
How to use:
Apply Brow Conditioner on eyebrows for 2-3 minutes and take it off with wet cotton pad. Can be used prior Henna application to smooth out the skin and pevent brow hairs from getting too dark or after Henna or Tint application for nourishing purposes.
