HOW TO USE

The mixing ratio of our Liquid Dye is 2:1, meaning 2 drops of Liquid Dye with 1 drop of Oxydant. Mix the dye and developer together in a non-metallic dish using the Medium Angled Brow Brush. Mix until the color is consistent and you have a creamy and smooth texture.
